Wallballs and Snatches

Technique is extremely important with the movements that we use in CrossFit. Every class we practice the movements to be used in the WOD to ensure that athletes are doing them properly to avoid injury. Once the proper technique is achieved with consistency, the speed of the movement and the weight used, can increase. It can be frustrating for new Crossfitters, who want to push themselves, to have to go slower or use less weight. Don’t worry, it will happen and you’ll be doing Rx in no time, especially if you concentrate on doing the movements properly.

WOD:
3 Rounds
30 Wallballs (14#/20#)
30 Power Snatches (45#/75#)
