“10 rounds!” “Are you serious?!” “You’ve got to be kidding me!” These are just a few of the comments from our athletes as they looked at the board today. The thing about coming to class is that even though you may think the workout seems impossible, or too much, once everyone else starts doing it you find yourself jumping in and going with the flow. Something that would really suck if you had to do it on your own suddenly becomes more fun, and the sense of accomplishment when it’s all over is amazing.
