CrossFit DV would like each new client to attend two (2) complimentary Elements classes.
Elements is a program designed to give newcomers a chance to learn the 9 foundational movements in CrossFit (squat, front squat, overhead squat, shoulder press, push press, push jerk, deadlift, sumo deadlift high pull, and medicine ball clean) in a less intimidating and safe environment. Elements will be offered on Tuesday and Thursday nights at 5pm-6pm. The Elements is also open to existing members who wish to have a refresher on the basic moves used in CrossFit.
We know that walking into a CrossFit box can be a little scary when you don’t know what to expect so we want to try to alleviate some of that fear and anxiety upon entering your first class.
Two Elements classes are recommended for each new client. If those time slots will not be possible, other arrangements can be made. The cost of your Elements class free. It is our goal to get as many people enjoying the community aspect of CrossFit as well as the health benefits as soon as possible.






I would like to get started in crossfit. Do I need an appointment to begin in the Elements class on Tuesday?
