How to Get Started

We know that walking into a CrossFit box can be a little scary when you don’t know what to expect so we want to try to alleviate some of that fear and anxiety upon entering your first class. Really its easy to get started, you just have to show up about 10min before a WOD (workout of the day), get a waiver from the coach and once filled out your ready to go. The coaching staff at CrossFit DV will orentate you on the gym and the warm up walking you through step by step. At CrossFit DV we thrive on the family atmosphear, everyone is welcomed, and no one feels left out.
