A Little Bit Of Everything

We did a lot of different activities today which ended up being a full body workout. After some tabata core work and handstand practice we went into a mini WOD (depending on how many rounds you were able to get) and then followed it up with a quick lung burner. We had some constructive criticism today with the comment “these burpees are really getting old, I’m not whining, just sayin….” As always, we will take all comments and use them to make our gym a better place :)

Isabel (Lite)

Another benchmark WOD today. Usually we don’t like to promote “lite” products but I don’t think anyone was complaining about the low fat version of Isabel. Regular weight for this workout is 135 pounds.

Ok…This One Was Hard

The whining for this workout proved to be justified because it really sucked was quite difficult, especially after working on our one rep max. The great thing is that the harder the wod, the greater the feeling of accomplishment after it’s done.
