1 Cauliflower
Olive oil
1 Egg
10 Mushrooms (sliced)
1/4 Large Onion
Large Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
Hys Seasoning (no msg)
Chilli Pepper Flakes
Black Pepper

Rice cauliflower using grater or food processor. Steam until tender but not mushy. In a separate pan add olive oil (approx. 2 tbsp) and heat. Beat egg and add to pan with olive oil. Scramble egg and cook until done but not over brown. Remove egg and set aside. Add butter to pan and saute mushrooms and onion. Add seasonings. When onions are mostly transparent add cauliflower, egg and shrimp to the pan. Mix together and add more seasoning, pepper and chilli pepper to taste. If you like it really spicy add some cayenne pepper as well. Keep mixing it until the shrimp are pink and cooked through (about 3 minutes) Enjoy.
